Beautiful big room
The busy road, the sea view was blocked by the view of the restaurant.

The bed was very wide and comfortable. The terrace was great. We had several visitors. The breakfast was rich and fine. You only need to cross the road to swim in the beautiful sea. Wonderful! Good restaurants in vicinity. Shopping places too. Disabled parking free of charge.
Wheelchair didn't go in the bathroom! No refrigerator. No dinner.

We have experienced one of the friendliest receptionists of all time.
We had to change the room 3 times at two nights, because of deficiencies.

Had a room with a beautiful view of the small harbour. Staff very eager and helpful.
Balcony door defective, could not be closed correctly. Simple glazing, poor internal and external insulation. Bath / shower very simple and typical for DK. Breakfast cutlery and crockery needs getting used to.

The reception was fine, the room was OK (we have had better rooms at the Marina Hotel in the past! No view on Oeresund).
The bathroom is rather poor and in this case both toilet and washbasin did not evacuate properly.

Fantastic Hotel. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are keen to help and all speak excellent English. Comfortable room with a great view from our balcony over the marina and on to Sweden. Good food too at a reasonable price, Only a few minutes walk from the railway stations with 3 trains an hour to Copenahgen centre or Airport. We went to see the World cycling championships and 3 national teams were also staying in the hotel making for a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Location is good. Friendly staff. We liked the convenience of Irma super market so close by.
The screws in the brass strips dividing the rooms are sticking up and catching your bare feet.

Loaction and luxury
Poor service - after 10pm you could not get anything to eat if you came in late from the city and all resturants closed nearby Same if you are not eating lunch and come in later there no service for cake or sandwich etc.

We really enjoyed our stay in the First Hotel Marina. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast and the evening meal were excellent.
The only negative thing to report was that the room was incredibly hot as the window was sealed and did not open very far.
